Case 01 b: Now after some time, the tenant decides to move out and the owner is back in flat?
What does the Tenant need to do Move-Out: Select the date of move out and moveoutrequested status is sent to Admin
Admin has an option of Change of Ownership if he is an owner but if tenant requests for move out, their access to flat will be revoked and thier respective data.

If You are owner and flat is let out, You will not get any Notifications (Mygate App)
Who will pay the Monthly Maintenance Charges Bill? Generally, the tenant pays the maintenance fee for using electricity, water, gas, and common amenities, such as children’s play area, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, lift, etc.

Since its vacant, I don’t need all information, but i need notices etc.
