Whenever owner, tenent made a payment a record is recorded
Payment for what? The payments are made to the society for electricity, water, maintenance bills, and more.
Let’s take a Scenario
At the end of the month, the society needs to collect electricity bills from all apartments.
Instead of collecting via WhatsApp or in person, an app is now used.
The admin manually enters the amount to be collected for each apartment in the app.
The app sends a notification to each apartment about the bill.
The owner can pay digitally or in person, as they prefer.
After payment, the owner notifies the admin to resolve the bill.
The admin marks the bill as paid through the dashboard.
The payment is recorded in the history ledger table and shown as paid.

Question: What if both tenant and owner are residing: Since its Residing Owner, The notification goes to Owner only.
Question: Can Admin resend notification: Yes after some time, if not any status then he can resend notifcation by clicking a button. Note updated: Since we are using a due date, we can automatically send notification before due date as liked.
Question: Think for a move out case, ownership change to residing to non residing, non residing owner case, tenant only case
Question: Can Admin Send a bulk bill including any number of bills at once.
